As the second youngest of seven siblings in the richest family in Montana, I have all of the perks of living on an expansive ranch but none of the responsibilities…not until my father dies and my rotten eldest brother inherits the business. Refusing to work for him, our ranch hands abandon us before a blizzard, leaving us desperate to find loyal people to help.

That’s when my brother makes a deal with the president of the Bloody Scorpions MC: my hand in marriage in exchange for their protection. I dread the idea of spending my life as his bride; he’s evil and sizes me up like a broad mare, so I take a drive to figure out my best options.

But when the snow starts early and my SUV skids into a tree, I don’t expect anyone to rescue me, especially not a member of my family’s worst enemy — the Royal Bastards MC. He’s tall and broody and handsome as hell. And being stuck in a cabin with him and two of his club members might change everything I thought I knew about myself.

I’m not an easy man. I have a beast inside of me that rides me hard most of the month, and even worse as it gets closer to the full moon. So I’ve volunteered to live in a tiny cabin to care for the animals during the worst blizzard in a century. I don’t mind the isolation, in fact I prefer it.

When I hear the slam of a vehicle wreck on Bastard territory, I’m shocked to find Isolde Vanderbilt behind the wheel, reeking of blood and whiskey. By the time I bring her back to the cabin, the road leading to the main town is already covered. She’s stuck with me until it melts.

But the beautiful woman is nothing like her family. She’s sweet, kind, and helpful, and she smells like heaven. I could never mate the child of my club’s worst enemy; she’s forbidden in a thousand different ways. That doesn’t stop my wolf from deciding he wants her, and once he makes up his mind, there’s no changing it.
